Select your test and preferred location on bewellasia.co, then complete your booking and payment online.
Samples are collected through our network of ISO 15189-accredited partner laboratories across Thailand, ensuring high standards of quality and accuracy.
If home sample collection is available in your area, this option can be selected at checkout.
Payment is made securely online at checkout by card or PromptPay. Partner laboratories do not accept cash or on-site payments.
Preparation requirements vary depending on the test (for example, fasting or avoiding certain foods). Clear instructions will be emailed to you after booking.
You’ll receive an email notification when your results are ready. Follow the link in the email to access your BeWellAsia account and download your PDF report. We send test results progressively as they become available.
Most routine results are available within 48 hours, while some specialised tests may take longer.
If you have not received your results, please check the Results tab in your BeWellAsia account before contacting us.
Reference ranges are based on the interval provided by the test reagent manufacturer for that specific testing method. They are not calculated from the population tested at the laboratory.
Ranges may differ between laboratories because different methods, instruments, and reagents may be used. Some ranges also vary by age and sex, so please ensure you provide accurate personal information.
