Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund

1.1 Services purchased from bewellasia.co via the website, Omise payment link, or local bank transfer are eligible for a full refund within seven (7) days from the date of purchase, provided the service has not been redeemed, whether in part or in full.

2. When a Service is Considered Redeemed

2.1 A service is considered redeemed once any of the following has occurred:

(a) The lab order has been presented at a partner laboratory;

(b) Sample collection has started; or

3. Refund Restrictions

3.1 No refunds are available for services that have been partially or fully redeemed, or once sample collection or laboratory processing has begun.

4. Refund Processing

4.1 Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and are typically processed within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days, depending on the payment provider.
