We currently have test locations in Bangkok and Chiang Mai. No appointment is needed, you can pick your date and location when you order and walk in on the chosen day, however please note the labs are closed during the public holidays on Songkran and New Year.

We can accept online payments via card, Paypal or internet banking, however our test locations cannot handle any cash or payments.

Depending on the test you are taking your voucher may give you instructions to fast or avoid seafood if necessary. Firstly place your order and you will then receive your voucher with instructions to follow. doesn’t currently offer any consultations or interpretation of your results therefore if you are unsure what test you need we recommend you discuss with your physician to find the appropriate test for you. However, the result sheets do include recommended ranges for each test.

Most tests are ready within 4 working days, however there are some which take longer such as heavy metals which can take up to 2 weeks. You will receive your results by email in PDF format once they are ready. If your results are late please contact us, however don’t forget to check your junk mail folder first in case the results ended up there.

If the test you want is not listed on our website please contact us, after that we will check and consider adding the test.

First please check with your insurance company if they will cover the cost of your test with If they do, you can submit the invoices you wish to claim for to your insurance company, however BeWell cannot currently offer direct billing or forward invoices directly to your insurance company.
